At Aurum Fawn, we maintain strict quality standards. Due to the nature of skincare products:
Returns
- We do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only applicable in case of:
- Damaged product
- Wrong item delivered
Conditions
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof (images/video).
Process

- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
