Return & Exchange Policy

At Aurum Fawn, we maintain strict quality standards. Due to the nature of skincare products:

Returns

  • We do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only applicable in case of:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong item delivered

Conditions

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof (images/video).

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
